  • visibility of labels and color samples,
  • reduced footprint,

Turned out great! So close just 3 slots short for now with the available colors of you include the extra colors available through deepcut studio.

Thanks for your feedback @keladryel ; I'm just discovering the Deep Cut full set, which adds 12 new colors. I’ll be updating the design to include a new version of the holder that can hold at least 32 markers. Maybe more.

Print seems to fail between the 25 - 40 percent range. Has happened to me twice in a row. Any idea what might be causing this?

I'm sorry to hear that. Not that I'm aware of. What kind of error are you encountering? Any picture ? Does it jump? Does it come off? Does it crash?

I didn't think to take a picture. I'm about to try it again and if it does it again, I will. It's like it stops printing the layers and just starts spewing out string, like it gets off track from the print somehow.

It worked this time! I noticed the other comment about setting the infill to gyroid and the wall loops to 3. I don't know if that's what fixed it but this time it ran all the way through with no issues.

Thank you very much! I am printing them. If anything, the infill is set to "grid", which is rather discouraged...

thank you @user_2158141645 I am still new to printing, I don't think about playing with all the settings yet, what infill do you recommend for this model

I used 10% "gyroid" infill and 3 "wall loops" That seems to be more than enough

This is one of those prints I am so glad I found. My Army Painter Speedpaint markers were everywhere and driving me nuts, but this support turned it all around - now everything has a spot and I actually love how organized it looks. The fit is perfect for the markers, and adding the end caps lets me see the colors instantly from any angle. It feels custom-made for the job and cleans up the hobby space big time. Thanks for sharing this on MakerWorld, total game changer.
