Description
This cable drag chain is designed to offer maximum smoothness and durability on machines using 40 series aluminum profiles. Thanks to its optimized design, axial play is minimized, ensuring fluid and silent movement even at high speeds.

- Required Hardware: M4 screws (recommended length 8-12mm) and T-nuts for attaching the ends to the profile.
Print Settings
- Recommended Material: PETG (ideal choice for flexibility and resistance) or PLA+ / ABS.
- Layer Height: 0.20mm
- Walls: 3 or 4 for maximum pin strength.
- Infill: 20-25%.
- Supports: only if you want to improve the aesthetic finish of the bridge
Assembly Instructions
- Print the number of links required for the length of your axis.
- Interlock the links by applying light pressure on the side pins.
- Use the ends included in the file to secure the beginning and end of the chain to the aluminum profile using M4 screws.
Pro Tip for Maximum Quality: Although the model is designed to be printed without supports, to achieve a perfect finish and perfectly circular pinholes, I recommend enabling Tree Supports.

- Style: Tree Slim (for easy removal and minimal material consumption)
- Threshold angle: 30° - 35° (to support only critical parts)
This ensures that the joints are fluid from the first assembly, reducing initial friction to zero.
