Description

Modern and fun Easter Egg with bunny ears. Easy print and great for spring/easter decoration.

Large egg has a big enough hole to fit a tea light, and when you used a light or transparent filament you will be able to see the light shine through the model. The large egg is 193mm tall and small egg 135.
Both models are hollow to save on filament and print profiles are set to print 1 wall with 0 infill.

Modern easter egg decoration. Large egg is compatible with tealight (use light or transparent filament in this case).

as always ,no exceptions here ,awesome design from Sabre !!! one issue i notice in my printer at ears at some prints ... i had similar problem with the angel's wings (christmas decorations) so it just came up to my mind now ,how to fix this one, with extra walls at ears by cutting the piece and reassembly.

Hello, I have the same problem Could you perhaps provide a brief guide on how the cutting and reassembly works exactly That would be fantastic, many thanks

this is quite simple ...you slice the item and you find where the ear's base starts and try with the cut tool of the slicer to cut from that area and a bit lower ! perform the cut (without any connectors ofc).when you do that go to objects tab at the right panel and choose the upper part (the ears part ) and go to strength and raise the amount of the walls ! when you do that join the to parts together with Merge (choose both of them and right click in one of the 2 objects and click merge ) when you do that at the tools at the top of the window go to the assemble tool and do the assmble by faces ..choose 1st the down part 1st (you can do it and vice versa but you will have to re-locate the object ) and then the ears part and you press the green button "center coincidence" and you are done !!! i hope you understand my point cause my english are not very good !!

Lovely model, but unfortunately the ears are prone to defects in this area because somehow the slicer won't unretract properly (blue dots). This led to the same defect on five different prints where there is a hole in the ear. Making the ears two walled would be perfect.

A truly lovely file, yet a flaw consistently appears in the same spot on the ears, regardless of whether it's the large or small Easter egg with bunny ears
