This spanner wrench works with a variety of brands of humidifiers that untilize a 4" (100mm) fill cap. These fill caps usually have a cartridge attached to the back (tank side). I know it works wiht Boneco, Air O Swiss, and SPT humidifiers. It probably works with others too.
