Elaglow Plus + Mean Well LRS-100-5 Project Boxes

This is a handy combined project file for enclosing the Mean Well LRS-100-5 (90W 5V 18A) switching power supply—perfect for LED projects, WLED setups, or any 5V high-current application like the one in the Bowman lab.

I received this nifty enclosure design (originally for the LRS-100-5) from a colleague, but the original creator and source are unknown to me. To make things easier for anyone wanting to DIY a clean, professional setup, I've bundled it here with the Eternaglo Plus project box file (which I downloaded directly from their website). This way, you get both in one convenient package—no hunting required!

For my install in a data center-like environment (where exposed wiring is a big no-no and fire/safety compliance matters), I printed the enclosure in PC-FR (polycarbonate flame-retardant filament). This provides excellent heat resistance, durability, and meets the facilities manager's expectations for a tidy, enclosed, and safe build.
 

Assembly Tip: The lid secures perfectly with 4x M5 x 25mm screws (button-head or socket cap work great). They thread directly into the printed holes with no inserts needed—strong and reliable.
