Description

This wall-mounted sanding disc holder is designed to keep your sanding discs organized, protected, and easy to access while minimizing workshop clutter. The discs sit at a 45° angle, allowing the entire system to stay low-profile and space-efficient when mounted against a wall or pegboard. Perfect for makers who need storage that adapts as their workspace evolves.

Key Features

🧩 Modular Design
Expand or shrink your setup at any time. Additional boxes can be added to accommodate more grits or disc sizes as your collection grows.

📦 Slide-Out Storage Boxes
Each compartment slides out for quick access, making it easy to grab the discs you need and keep everything sorted.

📐 Space-Saving 45° Angle
By storing discs at an angle, the unit keeps a slim profile when hanging, freeing up valuable workshop space without sacrificing capacity.

🔧 Flexible Mounting Options
Mount via standard screws directly to the wall or attach to a 50×50 mm pegboard with 8 mm holes — no modifications needed.

🔄 Multiple Size & Orientation Variants
Available for both 125 mm and 150 mm discs (5inch / 6inch), with print variants that slide out to the left or right, so you can adapt the layout to your space and workflow.

Printing

All versions are available in the print profile. Before you print it you have to decide if you want to have the slideout on the left side or on the right side.

  • Stop on the left side (slideout right): print plates with  “LEFT SIDE”
  • Stop on the right side (slideout left): print plates with “RIGHT SIDE”

Assembly

  • 1 Mount
  • 2 Labels
  • 3 Pegs or Screwmounts

Top and Bottom Trays

  • for the bottom tray you also need the bottom mount and 3 more pegs/screwmounts
  • for the top tray you need the top plate only. If you want to use screws, you should print the version with the holes to be able to mount it.
