MHS-MS Cup Holder System for VW T5 (Driver & Passenger Storage Compartment)
This model is a multifunctional holder system, specifically designed for the storage compartment on the driver and passenger side of the VW T5
The basic holder is simply inserted into the original storage compartment and fits exactly into both sides
The system is freely configurable and is based on a T-NUT system:
- Space for two cup holders side by side
- Combination of cup holder and, for example, cell phone holder possible
- Other modules can be flexibly used via the T-NUT system
- Each of my modules has the same T-nut dimensions
- Further accessories in progress
- Other parts of the system under my models
- A 3.3mm hole for an M4 set screw is provided in the cup holder for optional fixation
A separate TPU insert, which is placed into the basic holder, ensures a 100% secure fit
This TPU insert has an angled lip, as the storage compartment in the T5 is not completely straight
Depending on the installation side (driver or passenger), the TPU insert is simply flipped, so that it perfectly adapts to the respective compartment
