Summary Unlock reliable first layers on your Sovol Zero with this dual-stage nozzle cleaning station. Since the Sovol Zero is based on the Voron V0 architecture, this mod utilizes the same robust bed-mounting strategy to keep your nozzle debris-free. This design combines a brass wire brush for aggressive scrubbing and a silicone wiper for a final polish.
Why Dual Stage?
- Stage 1 (Wire Scrub): The nozzle vigorously scrubs against the brass brush at 250°C to strip away tough, burnt-on plastic.
- Stage 2 (Silicone Wipe): A precision pass over the silicone pad removes fine ooze and cools the nozzle to 130°C, ensuring the tip is perfectly clean for the pressure-based Z-probe.

- Bed Type: Fits the standard cantilever bed frame (Kirigami style) found on the Sovol Zero.
