This is a robust and ergonomic sanding block designed for large and extra-large flat surfaces.

It features a fully 3D printed screw clamp mechanism to securely hold the sandpaper in place — no extra hardware required.

Assembly

  1. Cut a strip of sandpaper to match the selected block width.
  2. Wrap it around the bottom block.
  3. Insert both ends between the base and the top clamp.
  4. Tighten the screw knob to lock the sandpaper securely in place.
