Description
A device to test the sharpness of knives, modeled after the Edge on up system. I used a 0.15mm fishing line as a test thread; you can, of course, also use the original thread from Edge On, then you can determine the sharpness according to their table.
I used a razor blade as a reference with the fishing line and could thus always check and compare my knives after sharpening.
M3 nuts still need to be melted in, and M3 screws with washers should be used for clamping.
