Disney Cruise Room Number Ornament – Destiny

We have been printing these as keepsake ornaments for both ourselves and for Fish Extender gifts on the various cruises we have taken.  Due to popular request I have decided to made my models available for people to use for their cruises or for gifting.

Features:

This ornament is designed to mimic the stateroom room number as closely as possible:

• 2 - piece design to create more efficient printing
• Room number on the front, ship logo and cruise details (editable) on the rear.
• I have included multiple ornament bases, one is for generic sailings and another for Halloween on the High Seas.

Printing Instructions:

• Edit the room number on the front and add cruise details on the rear for your sailing within Bambu Studio.  You may need to download the correct font, the font for the room number is “Donegal One” which is a free font from many sites.  It is not a perfect match but the closest I could find, if anyone finds a better one please let me know
• Ornament frame can be printed with 0.4mm nozzle and I used 2 walls with 10% gyroid infill.  Supports need to be enabled for this print for the features on the sides and the ledge on the rear.
• Room number plate can be printed with the 0.4 nozzle along with 2 walls and 10% gyroid infill.
• Filaments:
  • Base /Frame – iBoss Silver PLA silk
  • Inner Frame – Bambu Metal PLA Iridium Gold Metallic
  • Number Plate – I am still trying to figure out how to determine how they arrange the room number colors, it doesn’t appear to be forward/aft but you can use this site to help by clicking on the videos for each stateroom Disney Destiny decks, cabins, diagrams and pics.:
    • Blue Rooms: Bambu Matte PLA Dark Blue with Bambu PLA Basic White for Numbers
    • Red Rooms: Bambu PLA Basic Maroon Red with Bambu PLA Basic White for Numbers

Assembly Guide:

• The fit is meant to be quite snug, apply a few drops of CA glue and press the number plate firmly into the base.
