Description

This is a replacement thermal barrier insert for Dorf / Caroma tap handles using a 20-tooth internal spline, commonly found in mixer and basin taps.

 

The model has been iteratively tuned through real-world test fitting to achieve:

  • Secure external fit
  • Smooth insertion onto the spindle
  • Positive spline engagement without binding

This version is optimised for FDM 3D printing and works reliably with Bambu Lab printers.
