Ignition key with the pun “The Ost Face” or “The East Face", with stylistic reference to a well-known outdoor and fashion brand. (no official brand product!)

Use PETG filament, as it is UV resistant!

Print with 3 - 4 walls.

Gyroid infill is advantageous.

The ignition keys have a small oversized fit (-0.1 mm), so that the key blade has a firm hold after pressing in (e.g., with a vise). Anyone who wants to be extra safe can also use superglue.

Simply remove the blade/blanks from an old ignition key or inquire with laser technology companies/contract manufacturers (STEP file and drawing are also uploaded).
