I couldn't find a decent 3D model for the new Revstar pickguards, so I decided to make my own.
I made this by scanning my original factory pickguard on a flatbed scanner with a ruler for scale, then traced it in Inkscape and finished it up in FreeCAD. The screw holes and pickup cutouts are lined up as close to the original as I could get it.
Fitment:
I designed this for my Yamaha Revstar RSE20 (with HUMBUCKERS) and it fits perfectly. Since the RSS20 shares the same body shape and pickup layout, it should definitely fit that model too, but I haven't had a chance to test it. If you try it on an RSS20, let me know in the comments!
Printing Tips:
The model is already oriented face-down so the front of the pickguard gets that nice texture from your print bed. If you’d rather print it face-up, just flip it 180 degrees on the Y-axis.
