At home we have old GIRA S-COLOR push‑button switches for all the lights.

After more than 30 years (flat build around the 90'), some of the most frequently used ones started to fail. Every time I opened a broken switch it was the same inner rocker part that had snapped, so I modeled it and made a version that can be 3D‑printed.

With the v4 design I’ve repaired several original switches.

Be aware: this is not a plug‑and‑play fix. You have to remove the original rivets, take out the broken rocker, and then reassemble the switch using long M2 or M2.5 screws in place of the rivets.

GIRA has discontinued the S‑Color line, and finding replacement push‑buttons is getting harder and more expensive, so repairing the originals felt worth the effort.

I don't necessarily expect anyone to download this model, but I am currently cataloging every project I’ve done around the house with 3D printing... because OCD.
