Bambulab P2S - Pulley Retainer - Right
I designed the "Bambulab P2S - Pulley Retainer - Right" because my pulley (timing belt pulley) kept sliding up from the motor shaft.
After contacting Bambu Lab's support, who responded very quickly and sent me a new motor, I still had concerns about the replacement, as the warranty would then expire.
Therefore, I looked for a solution that would not affect the warranty of the entire device and still prevent the pulley from constantly sliding up.
Thus, the retainer was created. It has an integrated 696ZZ ball bearing, allowing the tip of the pulley to run smoothly in/on the ball bearing.
The retainer is only fitted with the ball bearing and pushed into the existing holes of the P2S.
It holds without tools and can be removed without leaving any residue.
Dimensions:
Basic dimensions: approx. 51.5 x 18.5 x 8mm
--> Bore: 15mm
