AMS2 DryTray – Drying Tray for Bambu AMS
!!! For the AMS1, there is a separate profile with both baskets, if AMS Heaters are used !!!
The inlays for the AMS2 Pro to dry your silica gel
- Version 1 (AMS2) : with tilting function for refilling
- Version 2 (AMS2) : a simple tray
- Version 3 (AMS1) : AMS1 compatible
Both versions are designed with holes in the bottom to dry your gel beads in the AMS. They are designed to be long enough to rest on a corner, preventing them from slipping. The minimalist handle allows for easy removal of the trays
I printed them in PETG, which should be the minimum; ASA / ABS would be better for complete heat resistance. I used temperatures of 50 degrees for three hours, but this, of course, also depends on the saturation level of the beads
!!! Very important: Since the beads are not always perfectly spherical, they should be sieved once outside the AMS to ensure that "smaller" beads that could fall through the holes do not enter the AMS !!!
