Johann Sebastian Bach (1685–1750) is regarded as one of the greatest composers in the history of Western music and a central figure of the Baroque period. A German composer, organist, and Kapellmeister, he is renowned for the depth, structure, and expressive power of his works.
His vast body of compositions includes masterpieces such as the Brandenburg Concertos, The Well-Tempered Clavier, and the Mass in B minor, which remain fundamental to the study and performance of classical music today.
This bust is inspired by Bach’s most famous portrait, depicting him with his iconic curled wig and a calm, serious expression. The sculptural approach is intentionally classical and refined, with clear volumes and well-defined features, evoking the timeless aesthetic of traditional statuary.
A timeless decorative piece paying tribute to one of the greatest musical geniuses of all time. 🎶🗿
