Description

Next Generation Sand Sculpting Kit

RELAX NEXT TO A COSY CAMPFIRE…

Here you can the full assembly parts you will need for the magical floating camp fire 3d printed lamp

There is nothing quite like a moving fire, something about it soothes our soul, and watching the flame changes shape and size, creating different light and shadows casting around its space is just magical.

That is why i created the cosy camp fire lamp, part of the pipin camp site series.

This magical camp fire uses the Makerworld mag lev kit to achieve its magical effect.

Simply print the parts and assemble according to instructions, then unwind with a cup of coco. watch the fire spin round, and round and round…

Optimised for A1 mini, you can print this with or without AMS. i personally quite enjoy the PLA transparent look, but ofcourse you can use any colour you desired.

The finished result you can expect, it truly is a magical design.

A note from the designer :

This is the first time i used the magnetic levitation kit, so i invite you to explore this new possibility with me, everything has been tested and printed, there might be improvements ahead but please don't be shy and ask for help here, the community and myself are actively engaged , some experienced i would like to share:

The mag lev kit is senstive! and it is certainly scary to play with something expensive, so take your time.

Make sure the kit is plugged in, it require electricity to enable the levitation. once you get it once ,you will feel more comfortable where to place the flame.

A little bit more about the design :

I wanted to create a neture lamp that compliments its surrounding rather than draw too much attention to itself. The simple minimalistic approach was employed to create an unassuming piece that will fit any decor, yet invite observation and let the user fill in the blanks with their imagination, clean lines, mass through shapes and an asymmetric flame that has no identical sides.
