Cortina e-bike display holder

My very first 3d print and design! 

Cortina Display holder.

For the ebike of my wife i designed a replacement that will hold the display for her ebike after it broke down. 

It is my first design and first upload in makersworld. 

DESIGN

Designed from scratch in Autodesk Fusion. Measuring twice, rebuild five times :).

Pretty rudimentary but it is the first time i both design something and use Fusion. 

I made the plate and clamps a bit thicker than the original (especially the parts where it actually broke). 

Additonal material needed

• Hex 2x M4x16 bolts
• Hex 2x m4 nuts
• Hex 2x M4x12 (If you've lost the original bolts to attach the display)

Notes:

• I printed it with PETG, settings needs some adjustment, the supporting trees were not printed correct, hence the ugly parts. I didn't mind so kept it as is.
• I installed it temporarily on the bike to show you it fits. I am waiting for the proper bolts and nuts.
