Description

My air conditioning unit was missing a flap pin, causing the middle of the flap to sag. I've recreated it here, as even though it is a cheap part to buy, shipping is much more than its worth. I printed with PETG; PLA should be fine, as I can't imagine an AC unit ever blowing that hot, but something to bear in mind.

While I haven't had any issues it will last longer if you print on it's side or at least a 45° angle, especially if using a weaker material.
