BMW E60 / E61 iDrive Blocker / Phone Mount

Replacing the factory idrive screen with a modern Android interface for these cars is bloody expensive! And for what? Maps and music? Pfft. Just use your phone!

Here's a really nice and simple model to elevate and modernize the interior of your BMW E60/ E61 by blocking off that annoying always on factory LCD, and giving you the perfect mounting point for your phone.

To wire it into the car is really simple, just run the cable down into your glove box and use a fuse tap to give yourself some USB ports in there.

I also included a blank of the dash insert without the provisions for this Magsafe charger, so you can customize it exactly as you want if you have other ideas for it.

There's also F3D files for both the blank version and the Magsafe version to make that even easier for you if you're a Fusion wizard.

If you have an Android with wireless charging - a lot of the time you can actually buy a Magsafe phone case for it that will work with these style of chargers. That's what I've done for my Pixel and it works a treat.

I printed mine in Flashforge ASA Burnt Titanium. It looks stunning set in the dash and even pairs beautifully with the blue shades of the charger. Highly recommend!
