1:6 Mortise and Tenon Structure Nangong Chair (New Chinese Furniture)

Assembled model size: 84*100*145

Modeled to scale based on the real object. Smaller scales were attempted, but the tenons after printing were too small and lacked strength, making them prone to damage during assembly. Therefore, a 1:6 scale is used.

Assembly Notes:

1. If the tenon is difficult to insert, you can slightly trim the edges of the tenon with a sprue cutter; extensive trimming is not necessary.

2. Secure the tenon with super glue once it's in place.

3. Due to variations in filament and printer configurations, the tenons might be irregularly shaped or have abnormal protrusions that affect assembly. These can be filed down with a small file.

4. Assembly requires patience, especially the final step of installing the headrest and backrest.
