About Project

Applications

  • Adjustable bench power supply
  • Li-Ion / Li-Po battery charger
  • Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi projects
  • DIY electronics and prototyping
  • Portable and lab power solutions

Key Features XL4015

  • Adjustable Output Voltage: 1.25 V – 36 V
  • Wide Input Voltage Range: 4 V – 38 V
  • Output Current: Up to 5 A
  • High Efficiency: >90%
  • CC/CV Charging Mode: Ideal for Li-Ion and Li-Po batteries
  • LCD Display Support: Real-time voltage and current monitoring
  • Compact & Functional Design: Perfect for bench or portable use

Battery Charging (CC/CV)

The XL4015 uses the standard Constant Current / Constant Voltage (CC/CV) charging method:

  • CC Mode: Supplies a constant current during the initial charging phase for fast and controlled charging.
  • CV Mode: Maintains a constant voltage while the current gradually decreases, preventing overcharging and ensuring safety.

Supported Batteries

  • Li-Ion / Li-Po: 4.2 V per cell (4.2 V, 8.4 V, 12.6 V, 16.8 V, etc.)
  • Recommended charge current: 0.5C to 1C, depending on battery specifications

Notes

⚠️ Always set the correct voltage and current limits before connecting a battery. ⚠️ A BMS is required for multi-cell battery packs.
This model is ideal for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and compact XL4015 enclosure for everyday electronics and maker projects.
