Battery Charging (CC/CV)
The XL4015 uses the standard Constant Current / Constant Voltage (CC/CV) charging method:
- CC Mode: Supplies a constant current during the initial charging phase for fast and controlled charging.
- CV Mode: Maintains a constant voltage while the current gradually decreases, preventing overcharging and ensuring safety.
Supported Batteries
- Li-Ion / Li-Po: 4.2 V per cell (4.2 V, 8.4 V, 12.6 V, 16.8 V, etc.)
- Recommended charge current: 0.5C to 1C, depending on battery specifications
Notes
⚠️ Always set the correct voltage and current limits before connecting a battery. ⚠️ A BMS is required for multi-cell battery packs.
This model is ideal for anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and compact XL4015 enclosure for everyday electronics and maker projects.
