This laser engraving template has been specially designed to easily and precisely engrave 10×10 mm wooden keychains, like those commonly found on AliExpress.

Thanks to this template, positioning is fast, repeatable, and perfectly centered, ideal for mass production or small custom batches.
Simply place the keychains in the designated slots, insert the DXF file provided into your engraver's software, and start engraving.

👉 This template has been successfully tested and used on an xTool S1 engraver, but it remains compatible with all software and machines that accept the DXF format.

🛠️ Tips for perfect 3D printing adhesion:

Carefully clean your print bed before each print. Grease residue, dust, or fingerprints can impair adhesion and cause detachments.

Check the bed calibration: a well-leveled bed ensures a uniform and well-adhered first layer.

Use a suitable adhesion surface: depending on your material, apply a thin layer of glue stick, adhesive spray, or specific tape (e.g., Kapton, BuildTak).

Properly adjust the bed temperature to promote adhesion depending on the material used (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).

Reduce the printing speed of the first layer: a slower speed allows for better filament adhesion to the print bed.

Plan for a « skirt » or « brim » in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping.
