Description
Triumph Street Triple – Fork Stem Mount for Interphone QuickLOX (Ridesync SYNC55 / Smartphone)
This is a fork stem (steering tube) mount designed for Triumph Street Triple, made to work with the Interphone QuickLOX system. It places your phone or the Ridesync SYNC55 navigator in a clean, centered position with a solid, vibration-resistant fit.
The mount uses an internal expansion lock: when you tighten the main bolt, the inner cone pulls and expands the outer body, gripping inside the stem to prevent rotation and reduce movement while riding.
Features
- Fork stem installation (OEM-like look, no external brackets)
- Top interface prepared for Interphone QuickLOX
- Strong expansion locking system
- Designed for 3D printing (recommended technical materials)
Required hardware (not included)
- 1x M6 x 50 mm button head screw
- 1x M6 nut
- 1x M5 nut
Note: nuts are used for the internal clamping and the top coupling point (as designed in the model).
Recommended print materials
Suggested settings:
- 4–6 walls/perimeters
- 40–60% infill (or higher for maximum stiffness)
- 0.2 mm layer height
Installation
- Clean and dry the fork stem opening.
- Insert the mount into the stem.
- Assemble the bolt and nuts according to the design.
- Tighten gradually until firmly locked (do not overtighten).
- Attach your QuickLOX head and mount your phone or SYNC55.
