Gola Profile (J-Profile) – Kitchen Rail Mount

This is a set of custom connectors and mounting brackets designed for aluminum "J-profiles" (also known as Gola profiles), which are commonly used for handleless opening systems in kitchens, living room cabinets, and modern furniture.

The set includes two parts:

1. Corner Connector: Joins rails with chipboard at a 90-degree angle.
2. Flat Bracket / Mount: For mounting the rail straight onto the cabinet carcass.

How it works: Both parts are designed to use an M3 nut, which is inserted into the printed part after printing.

• Corner Connector: This connects the corner of the aluminum profiles. It is secured to the rail using an M3x6 set screw (grub screw) to prevent sliding. It is then attached to the cabinet using two standard wood screws (length depends on your specific cabinet thickness).
• Flat Bracket: This slides into the groove of the profile and secures it to the furniture using a standard M3 machine screw (length depends on your mounting needs).

Print Instructions

• Material: I printed these in PCTG for durability. PETG or ASA are also excellent choices due to their strength and slight flexibility. PLA is not recommended as it may degrade under tension or heat in a kitchen environment.
• Supports: Minimal or none (depending on orientation).
• Infill: Recommended 40% or higher for structural strength.
