Iterated until it behaves, not until it looks finished. Precision is not assumed here, it earns its place over time. Tool Collection: Maker Accessories ⧸ Core Tools

The MakerWorld 4-piece Needle File Set QA013 is genuinely great. The only weak point is the original “handle”, which is just a dip in liquid gum. This set fixes that by giving every needle file its own dedicated handle in the familiar, ergonomic Wera style shape.
About the print profiles. They are set up as full three color profiles, which makes sense on H2C or H2D machines. On single nozzle printers this would generate a lot of purge waste.
If you remove the third color, you get an affordable two color print where only the size marking on the handle is highlighted.
If you remove two colors, you end up with a fast single color print. The former color areas remain embossed and can easily be highlighted with paint if you like.
This model prints best with AMS using multicolor. A Bambu Lab H2D or H2C is ideal for handling all three colors smoothly.
The design benefits especially from TPU for AMS as the third filament. When the third color is printed in TPU, the first two colors should be PETG or another compatible filament.
With TPU, the third color becomes true function rather than deco, creating the best grip for your Tools.
The files slide straight into the handle and are secured with a BT2.5x6 SHCS self tapping screw AA100. Solid, simple, and reliable.
Have fun with what is probably the most affordable set of genuinely good needle files you can get right now.
