Description

📦 Description:
Take your Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo to the next level with this essential enclosure upgrade!

This mod allows you to print PLA with the door fully closed without sacrificing cooling quality.

By channeling fresh air from outside the printer and filtering it before it reaches the part, you'll achieve better print quality, reduce warping, and protect your components from dust buildup.

✨ Key Benefits:

  • ✅ External Cooling Airflow – Prevents overheating by bypassing the hot enclosure air.
  • ✅ Print PLA with the Door Closed – Maintain enclosure stability without poor cooling.
  • ✅ Air Filtering Included – Clean, filtered airflow ensures a dust-free interior.
  • ✅ Easy-to-Install Template – Accurate cutting and drilling using the printable guide.
  • ✅ Compact & Non-Intrusive – Designed to fit seamlessly on the side of your enclosure.

🛠 What You’ll Need (in addition to 3D printed parts):

  • 🔩 4 × M3 threaded inserts
  • 🔩 4 × M3 screws
  • 🧼 1 × sheet of filter paper (can be HEPA, lab-grade, or DIY)

🧰 Installation Guide:

  1. Print all required parts, including the drilling/cutting template.
  2. Use the template to mark and modify the printer’s side panel.
  3. Cut the air intake hole and drill the mounting holes as shown.
  4. Install the M3 inserts into the 3D printed air intake base.
  5. Screw the intake module onto the enclosure using M3 screws.
  6. Insert the filter paper into the dedicated slot.
  7. Start printing PLA with the door closed – enjoy clean, cool airflow!

Great. One of the most useful parts ever. It significantly improves cooling and actually directs cool air to the object. Additionally, leave the door and lid open. So thumbs up
