🛠️ Design Features

• Split-Part Assembly: The model has been sliced into 5 distinct components (Phoenix, Crown/Gem holder, Left Blade, Right Blade, Shaft, and Pommel) to maximize print quality and minimize support usage.
• Optimized for FDM: Large flat surfaces for the blades ensure strong bed adhesion.
• Detail-Oriented: Intricate feathering on the phoenix and filigree on the gold sections are designed to pop, especially with Silk PLAs.

• Printer: Bambu Lab P1S / A1 / X1C
• Material: PLA (Silk Gold, Silk Silver, Red, and Wood/Dark Grey recommended).
• Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (Fine) for the Phoenix head to capture details; 0.2mm for the shaft and blades.
• Infill: 15% Gyroid (strong and saves filament).
• Supports:
  • Phoenix Topper: Tree supports (Auto) recommended for the wings.
  • Blades & Shaft: Print flat; minimal or no supports required.
• Brim: Recommended for the tall shaft piece to prevent wobbling.

🎨 Assembly & Post-Processing

1. Clean Up: Remove any support material from the Phoenix wings.
2. Assembly: The parts are designed to fit together seamlessly. Use CA glue (super glue) for a permanent bond.
3. Coloring: If printing in single color (White/Grey), this model paints beautifully with acrylics.
   • Top: Crimson Red
   • Trim: Antique Gold
   • Blades: Bright Silver/Chrome
   • Center: Emerald Green (Gloss varnish recommended for the gem look)
