Parametric Chair Armrest Pad

This is a parametric chair armrest pad designed to sit on top of existing chair armrests and wrap down the left and right sides for stability.
 

The model consists of two separate parts:
- S_ (Solid) part: a rigid base intended to be printed in PETG or similar materials
- F_ (Flexible) part: a soft top pad intended to be printed in TPU or other flexible TPE materials
 

The model was originally designed for tool-changing printers (such as Bambu H2D / H2C), but because it can be split into two parts/objects, it can also be printed on single-tool printers for faster prints. 
*** If printed separately, adhesive will be needed to put them together
 

The solid base provides structure and side-wall retention, while the flexible pad provides elbow and forearm comfort. The two parts use mechanical interlocking features (pins and grooves) to ensure correct alignment during assembly. 
*** If not printed separately, but in one go, then it would be best to use the beam interlocking feature if available.
 

The generator uses two parameter groups:
- Parameters prefixed with S_ affect only the solid base
- Parameters prefixed with F_ affect only the flexible pad
 

The design is intended for office chairs, gaming chairs, and other chairs with flat or slightly rounded armrests. It does not hook underneath the armrest.

The recommended filaments are:
- PETG for the solid pard (in truth, anything with a good adhesion to TPU would do here)
- TPU 85 for the flexible part (other TPE softer than 85 would be even better)

*** It can work with TPU harder than 85, but it might hurt your elbow. Also, for TPU 85 you might need a .6 nozzle for a default profile in Bambu Studio if you don't make your own.
