Costume Round Glasses (Blind Mouse from Shrek)

Recently went to a Shrek themed costume party and needed a last minute costume. Went as one of three Blind Mice, so I made these and a printed headband with ears. They fit an adult head fairly well and were printed in recycled PETG and paired with a circle cutout from PC Fan Mesh (Found on amazon, or an old computer, very easily) so that I could see through them but still have the dark lens illusion. They worked fairly well for this.

The front and back sandwich the fan mesh with a semi snug fit (would probably work better in PLA than PETG) and are then screwed into the ‘arms’ of the glasses with a small m2 screw. The ones I used were from a set of PC screws I found on Amazon a few years ago, though any m2 screw should work.

I used a paint pen to achieve the reflective look on the ‘lenses.’
