I've seen these door hangers on several cruises that I've gone on and have wanted to get 1 myself. I looked around and found a few but none that were my style so I decided to create my own. The main plaque has an area where you can customize it with your name or anything that you'd like and it includes tags for Princess, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and a special Carnival tag featuring the BOLT rollercoaster found on their Excel Class Ships. Other cruise lines could be added pretty easily. The entire project was made with SVG files and I've attached the raw SVG files if you want to make any changes to them.

To attach the tiles to the header I utilized 16mm split rings that I picked up at Hobby Lobby but string or other materials would probably work just as well.
