Description

The factory base plate for the DeWalt DWP611 trim router includes a square protrusion that I’ve always found awkward and uncomfortable.

This model is a round redesign of the original base plate, maintaining compatibility while providing a smoother, more ergonomic feel that’s better suited for regular use.

I’ve included two different print profiles: a PLA version that prints in under an hour, and a translucent PETG version that takes over 10 hours to print. I tried sanding the PETG version after printing, but it actually became more cloudy than it was straight off the print bed. For best clarity, a smooth print plate is recommended.
