Description

Designation: Reaper Pattern Power Axe (aka Hesperex pattern, aka Surestrike Pattern, aka Mandato-Angelus Pattern.)
Wielders: Those Forged in the fires of battle, upon the anvil of war.
Classification: Elite Melee Power Weapon
Homeworld: Earth
Operational Status: Active Deployment

Overview:

The Power Axe embodies the distinctive philosophy of the Salamanders Chapter—a brotherhood forged in the volcanic crucible of Nocturne and tempered by the ancient wisdom of their Primarch, Vulkan. Unlike weapons produced through mere technical precision, the Reaper Pattern is a masterwork of both engineering and artisanship, crafted by the exceptional artificers and Techmarines of a chapter renowned throughout the Imperium for their unparalleled mastery of fire-craft and metallurgical innovation. Each Reaper Pattern axe carries within its adamantium frame not simply a tool of war, but a physical manifestation of the Salamanders' creed—that through flame and forge, through hammer and anvil, the sons of Vulkan shall temper themselves and their weapons to perfection.

with all due respect this is a barely reworked model NzymeC uploaded last year, and is available on his Patreon.

With all due respect this is a model I made in tinkercad based on a picture in a book. They are based on the same picture, of the same subject. I made one of nzyme’s, it came out nice but broke at the handle attachment point so I made a completely new one in tinkercad that fit together more securely. Thaks for your comment.

Replying to @UncleErnesto :
I actually was about to delete my comment because even NzymeC agrees it isn't the same. my apologies, it simply looked very similar. lately I've been seeing many copies of his work at conventions in foam & such. hope you continue to make more stuff! I personally did my own changes in the slicer to make my axes much beefier & able to repel premium dueling lightsabers. 35% crosshatch & 3 walls.
