Universal Car Hand-Brake Handle

Note: The model that is attached is a blank version with no logo.

I have designed a universal hand-brake handle for any car that has a hand-brake handle diameter of 23.5mm or smaller (majority of vehicles).
 

Recommended Material:
ABS/ASA, PA6, PPA/PPS

What I used:
- PA6-CF from Bambu Lab
- 3x 5mm Hex Grub Screw
- 4.5mm Drill Bit

The holes located at the bottom of the handle are for hex grub screws, you'll need to drill the holes out further to tap the holes when screwing in for the first time. I used a 4.5mm drill bit to expand the holes and have 0.5mm of material left to tap with a 5mm hex grub screw.

Installation:
1. Remove current hand-brake handle.
2. Preinstall the hex grub screws in the new handle.
3. Slot new handle on and tighten the hex grub screws evenly as it slowly moves the screws into the metal.
4. Tighten the top hex grub screw tight to prevent movement.
5. Reinstall hand-brake boot.

I highly recommend any makers that plan to print the handle out of CF or GF filaments to have it clear coated before use, in my case I used a clear coat from Rustoleum Ultra Satin Clear 2K. This is because of the fine carbon/glass fibres that come off the part when touched, possibly leading to ingestion and future health complications.
