Old Man Maul's lightsaber.

Pieced together from broken Inquisitors lightsabers, this menacing saber prints without

the need for AMS or supports and assembles without the need for glue when using a well calibrated filament.

The saber is 340mm (13.4 inches) long.

Anothing amazing Saber! cheers for keeping me entertained with your fantastic builds! Old Man Maul’s is number 23 of my collection! 😂Once you have designed all the sabers known to the Galaxy will you move on to blasters?

It's a possibility! And maybe some other Star Wars props! Have a Star Wars modeI I've been working on that I think everyone will like.

This has made a fine edition to my collection. One issue, there is a small gap in the middle. I don’t know why, the screws are in fully, but there is still a gap, why is this? Amazing print though Maul is my favorite character by far.

Thank you! With all the stacked parts inside the handle, sometimes printers will print a little taller with the first layer and all stacked together are too tall. The inside parts are actually designed .5mm shorter than the cavity.

Huh that is quite interesting. so I should sand .10 mm off of the disks and the problem will be solved?

Another excellent print! had a bit of trouble with the dovetails. I’m sure it has to do with the printers I have, but they’re always extremely snug or don’t quite fit. Have you thought about doing Anakin’s first saber? minor mods to the Vader model. I’d love to see it!

I used my smooth plate for the first time for the silver bits on the bend. The result was really good!
