🛠️ Tips & Tricks

• Recommended layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Further reducing it results in more detailed surfaces, with longer print times
• A light sanding followed by primer significantly improves the final appearance, reducing visible layers
• Using adaptive layers and/or ironing improves the finish of upper surfaces
  • In this case, it is recommended to set supports to hybrid tree
• If present, supports should be removed gently, after the print bed has completely cooled

⚠️ Tips for Optimal Printing

To achieve the best result and avoid common FDM printing issues:

• Ensure the build plate is perfectly clean (IPA or soap and water) to prevent parts or supports from detaching
• Set correct temperatures for filament and bed
• Remove supports gently, preferably using pliers or appropriate tools
• Small artifacts on overhangs can be normal in FDM printing: a light sanding easily removes them
• Perform good flow calibration and use well-dried filament to ensure clean surfaces and defined details
