ALPA Extension Tubes (35mm/60mm/70mm) Compatible with M65 Thread

This project designed three extension tubes of different specifications (with heights of 35mm, 60mm, and 70mm respectively) for the ALPA M65 interface, aiming to provide flexible flange distance compensation solutions.

The model adopts a dual-material printing solution. The support structure uses specialized support material, ensuring the contact surface's geometric flatness and surface finish, thereby achieving a tighter physical connection.

Considering the printing shrinkage rate, the thread tolerance was pre-expanded during the design phase. Users are advised to fine-tune the scaling ratio or step parameters according to their device's printing accuracy to achieve the best thread-in damping sensation.
