3D Printed Test Strips and Storage Box

This is a general file for 3D printed test strips and their storage box

The box body is available in single-color and dual-color specifications; please print as needed, not necessarily all of them.

The test strips include 5 types: tensile test strips, flexural test strips, impact test strips, notched impact test strips, and Z-direction impact test strips. Please check and confirm that they are 100% solid before printing. The test strips are recommended to be printed at 50 speed; high-speed printing will slightly affect the mechanical properties of the test strips. Most material tests on the market use this type of test strip, but many filament manufacturers do not standardize models or even standards, leading to the numbers on the physical property sheet only being reference values, with a certain gap from actual use. This test strip aims to provide a unified model as a basis for self-verification for capable 3D printing enthusiasts.

Generally, each specimen only needs to be tested three times, but it is recommended to print four specimens each to ensure that accidental occurrences do not lead to data deviations.

Test strips require testing instruments rather than direct visual observation, so please confirm if you have the testing conditions before printing.

The test strip boxes are stackable in the Z-direction. The lid of the test strip box is not mandatory to print; please print it as needed.
