Bei diesem Modell handelt es sich um eine Erweiterung für mein Spulengewicht, passend für die neuen Anycubic-Filamentspulen aus Kunststoff.Da sich die Maße dieser Spulen im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Pappspulen deutlich unterscheiden, ist das ursprüngliche Spulengewicht nicht direkt kompatibel. Aus diesem Grund habe ich einen Adapter entwickelt, der eine einfache und zuverlässige Nutzung weiterhin ermöglicht.Der Adapter wird auf das vorhandene Spulengewicht aufgesetzt und passt gleichzeitig in die neuen Kunststoffspulen von Anycubic. Dadurch kann das bestehende System weiterhin verwendet werden, ohne ein komplett neues Gewicht konstruieren zu müssen.Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ist das Eigengewicht des Adapters von ca. 42,7 g, welches das Gesamtgewicht des Systems leicht erhöht und somit den Effekt des Spulengewichts zusätzlich unterstützt.In Kombination mit dem Spulengewicht sorgt auch diese Lösung dafür, dass die Spule – insbesondere bei geringem Restfilament – ruhig und gleichmäßig abwickelt. <h2>Beschreibung</h2>Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um ein von mir entworfenes, 3D-druckbares Spulengewicht für Anycubic-Filament auf Pappspulen.Das Gewicht wird in die Spule eingesetzt und dient dazu, die Spule zusätzlich zu beschweren, insbesondere dann, wenn sich der Füllstand des Filaments dem Ende neigt. Dadurch wird auch bei wenig verbleibendem Filament ein sauberer und gleichmäßiger Abwickelvorgang gewährleistet.Ich habe bereits zuvor ein Spulengewicht erstellt, dieses Modell stellt jedoch eine verbesserte Version dar. Die Form wurde überarbeitet, sodass sich das Gewicht leichter öffnen lässt. Zusätzlich wurde das Gewinde optimiert, wodurch es nun etwas leichtgängiger ist und sich angenehmer verschrauben lässt.Beide Versionen funktionieren sehr zuverlässig, lassen sich gut drucken und erfüllen ihren Zweck einwandfrei.
