Setup tool for measuring wheel angels like camber,caster,toe and steering. This uses the WIT BT-50 sensor and corresponding app:

Are working on a App more oriented towards RC setup.

The two main piece of the station is meant to be a tight fit so some carefully sanding might be necessary. They should be tight but also move freely.

BOM for 2 units:

8pcs 6 X 5 magnets

8pcs 6 X 2 magnets

2pcs WT9011DCL-BT50 sensor (AliExpress)

Using the WIT Motion App:

Setup the sensor in 6-axis mode and vertical mounting position in the app.

Before operation it is important to calibrate the sensor according to the WIT manual. Then after that zero the angles on a straight place in all direction on the car it self while the car is sitting on your setup table.

After that mount the setup station on the wheel axels and then mount the sensor itself to the setup station (Magnetic) make sure to keep Left and right always on the same side.

The measured angles is as followed:

X=Camber

Y=Caster

Z=Steering  (This does not zero out as it is valued as a compass take note of the angles  and compare to the opposite side sensor)

I recommend using 4 similar station on the wheel axels to keep the car angles straight. There is a print profile for just the setup station without the sensor.

There are also arrows on the setup stations so that you can mark a quick reference on caster. They are marked at 0 and 4 degree for quick reference now as standard so no need for electronic sensor.
