【Functional Design: Rotate the disc to unlock the "rocking" ritual of the date】
Inspired by childhood memories of the traditional "rocking horse" toy and the integration of zodiac horse elements. The core function is hidden in the disc dial on the pony's belly: gently turn the disc with your fingertips to change the date. The current example shows "JAN 23 FRI" (January 23rd, Friday). The dial's font is clear and easy to read, combining English abbreviations and numbers, balancing practicality and design.
This "hands-on turning" interactive method transforms calendar viewing from passive reading into an active, engaging game.
【3D printing brings childlike fun to life】
Structural optimization: The rocking horse's curved base and body are Print in Place, ensuring stability when rocking; the disc dial is placed on the "body base" to ensure smooth, jam-free rotation;
Detailing (print profile): In the picture, the pony's black body uses Elegoo PLA Sparkle Black; the red mane and base use Elegoo PLA Sparkle Red, and the gold disc uses Elegoo PLA Metal series Bronze (875C). The entire calendar uses a pin-joint design for assembly, but considering printing quality issues with various machine types, the pin joints may require sanding or glue for assistance in assembly.
