To install this handle, you will need:
- 2x M4 Screws
- Screw Length Calculation: Measure your drawer thickness and add 3-4mm. (Do not exceed 5mm insertion depth to avoid cracking the model).
đ¨ď¸ Printing Recommendations
- Material: PLA is sufficient for light use, but PETG or ABS is recommended for high-traffic drawers for better layer adhesion and durability.
- Walls/Perimeters: Use 3 to 4 walls to ensure the area around the screw holes is solid.
- Infill: 20% - 40% (Gyroid or Grid recommended).
- Supports: [No supports needed / Supports required only for the bridge].
- Orientation: Print with the [flat face down / screw holes facing up] for the best strength.
Installation Tip
The holes are modeled with M4 threads/tolerances. When screwing in the bolts for the first time, proceed slowly to allow the screw to seat properly without splitting the plastic. Hand-tightening is recommended over using a power drill.
