Description

The stock leaf suspension was too stiff for me, therefore I designed this to convert the rear suspension system into a 4-arm linked one, which provides tremendous flexibility as well as smoothness.

Key features:

  1. it maintains the stability of the axles but offers lots of flex and travel
  2. the ball and joints were designed separately and they require to be assembled, this offers maybe 10X more strength than printing them as a whole
  3. no interference of any kind

Notice: file the balls and the ball_bone_stick, make them smooth, or it might be hard to push them into each other. Optionally apply WD40 dry lube for maximum smoothness. Do not use the white filament, they are fragile between the layers.

Give me a boost if you like it!
