Trust me, fully 3D printed ones are not good, they are either too tight or have too much clearance
This bearing is a classic deep groove ball bearing, it requires 4mm steel balls, steel balls are very cheap, hundreds or thousands of pieces per pound cost only a few dollars

Note, after printing, make sure to trim the seams, scraping is best, of course having a small electric grinder is even better
Even if not used on a large scale, it's also good as an educational item for deep groove ball bearings, you can learn how classic deep groove ball bearings are made
