Fire Extinguisher Toy
Print Profile(2)

Description
My son loves firefighters and any thing to do with them so I wanted to print a fire extinguisher for him and was not really satisfied with what I found on Maker World so I designed this one for him to play with. Maybe someone else will find this useful as well. The finished model is about 27cm high.
Important! The spring should be printed in PETG to work as it should, I printed all other parts in PLA.
Update 2026-01-24
Changed the print orientation of the hose attachment that screws into the handle to make it less prone to breaking. It is now printed laying down. If you printed it before this change you should probably reprint this part as it's a pain to get out once it breaks! đ
Update 2026-01-12
Added a version without the hose for those that does not want to add any additional parts. This is the one in the second photo and the print profile named âWith short nozzleâ.
Assembly instructions
The assembly require no glue and is quite easy but I made a short guide here.
Screw in the pressure gauge and hose attachment. Might take some force due to the orientation the threads are printed in.
Â
Press the small part of the spring into place on the top of the handle and make sure its all the way in. The thicker part should touch the handle.

Add the other part of the handle and push the pin through the hole, attaching the two parts.

Screw the handle on to the bottle.

Slide the nozzle holder ring on from the bottom of the bottle. This is a tight fit!

Add a 23cm hose with an inner diameter of 5.5mm to the hose attachment, add the nozzle to the other end and you are done!
