4" Square Base for Rigid Routers

This is a remix of:

Ryobi Compact Router - 4" Square Base

 RIGID ROUTER BASE PLATE - TWO HANDLE

Thanks to V-Maker and Ted9000 for making this easy.

The base is precisely a 4" square. The center hole diameter is 40 mm.

Simply unscrew the 4 screws on the original base and screw on the new plate!

Recommend printing in PETG for durability, but it will work fine with PLA. Print with a brim and preferably in an enclosure as PETG prints of this size are prone to warping. 100% infill recommended to adequately allow screw tightening without deformation.

The 3 extra holes on two sides of the plate are for mounting attachments.
