Description

This is a replacement part for the headphones in the title. Mine broke at the round part where it goes together with the head band. I modeled the part to print it and repair the headphones.

It could theoretically also be used to make a design upgrade, but I would not recommend, if your Headphones are fine.

Use something sturdy, like ABS or ASA, even better with GF or CF. PLA Broke on me quite fast.
If available, use special support filament for the transition between the supports and the model, because they can be a bit tricky to remove with this thin parts. Print with as much detail as possible.

Hey, you dont have to solder anything if you just repair it. you take off the ear cusshion, under there are 4 screws. you take them out. Then the ear piece opens up and you can swap the sidebar. The new sidebar is made, so that no soldering is needed to put it on. I made this as a repair because my sidebar was broken. If your sidebar is not broken, and you want to keep the original piece, then you would need to do some soldering on the cable tho. But I dont see the point in swapping the sidebar if the original is fine. So, this is for reparing, not for a "design upgrade". If your original sidebar is broken, but still holds on to the cable, you would need to brake it to release the cable.
