Description

This lid riser for the Bambu Lab P1S lifts the original glass lid by 50 mm, providing multiple functional improvements.
The AMS can still sit directly on top of the glass lid, while the PTFE tube no longer rubs against the lid, ensuring smoother operation.

The front parts include two ventilation grilles each, equipped with sliding covers.
These allow you to control warm air (closed) or fresh air intake (open) depending on the filament used.

✔️ Raises the glass lid by 50 mm
✔️ AMS remains stable on top
✔️ No more PTFE tube friction
✔️ Two adjustable ventilation grilles per front element
✔️ Tight fit prevents glass lid from shifting
✔️ Infill: 10% Gyroid
✔️ Weight: approx. 502 g filament
✔️ Print time: approx. 17 h

🛠️ Printing notes:

  • Tree supports were used for the ventilation grilles
  • Cut the supports only on the inside, then pull them outwards
  • A “too close positioned” warning may appear for the front parts – safe to ignore as it only affects the supports
